As for me, my name is Shane Crites and I grew up in Lima. After graduating from Shawnee High School I wanted to experience the adventure of life in a bigger city. I attended and graduated from Nyack College, a small school just outside New York City (I figured I'd get close to one of the biggest cities in the country!). I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and quickly returned to Lima for my first "real" job at Shawnee Alliance Church. I served with an amazing team there for 15 years and now I'm pursuing my dream of owning my own business.

My wife, Julie, and I have four amazing sons--Hayden, Jackson, Landon and Gavin. Here's a kicker: Jackson, Landon and Gavin are triplets! To answer the question everyone asks: No, it does not get easier; it just gets different. But we cannot imagine life without these energetic boys!
