As for me, my name is Shane Crites and I grew up in Lima. My wife, Julie, and I have four amazing sons--Hayden, Jackson, Landon and Gavin. Here's a kicker: Jackson, Landon and Gavin are triplets! To answer the question everyone asks: No, it does not get easier; it just gets different. But we cannot imagine life without these energetic boys!

I am a member of the Lima Rotary Club, I volunteer as a chaplain for the Shawnee Township Fire Department, and my family and I attend Shawnee Alliance Church.

All of this gives me a depth of experience in serving our community with understanding, compassion and hope. I look forward to meeting you and serving you! My team is here for your family!
